Porous adsorbent with a developed inner surface. Obtained from oak raw coal by combined cycle activation at temperatures above 800°C with prior or following crushing and screening to the desired fractional composition. Available in black colour grains of irregular shape.
High mechanical strength at a quite well-developed porous structure. Optimal performance of sorption and catalytic activities, low mineral content. Sufficiently long service life. Ability to regenerate.
This grade of activated carbon is used in processing of sorting at liquor-distillery plants.
